Is to inflict terror, confusion, fear, and doubt upon their victims.
To disrupt the flow of their lives. To make them fear, or at least think twice about doing the things they have done before.
To bring that fear into your state, your town... your street... even your home.
There is a man, my friends, who walks amongst us. A citizen of these very United States, who possesses all of these abilities.
Through one of the worlds most watched media outlets, much like Al-Jazeera, he brings forth shivers of fear, a sense of dread and impending doom, and a bitter hatred previously unknown in many hearts.
This hatred is known throughout the heartland of this country. His visage, beaming in joy over the destruction of our lives, and lifestyles, haunts many to nightmares.
Although "sensitive and often changing" information leaves clues to his next appearance... One never knows where he will rear his ugly head.
But when and where he does, terror ALWAYS follows.
Death...
Destruction...
Mayhem...
Those are the keywords in which he thrives.
Though many run in panic and fear when he appears... some are always left to pay the ultimate price.
He. Must. Be. Stopped.
Join with me... Brothers and Sisters... in our time of despair...
Join with me... to stop
This Man

Update:
Okay... half a dozen people have now asked the same question:
(No... not the one that starts with "So... listen, I was wondering about your medication")
But the one that starts with:
"Who is he?"
The answer:
Who is he?
He is Jim Cantore.
The Weather Channels "thrill seeking" meteorologist.
Actually, I love the guy, and... as an ameture storm chaser, envy him on many occasions.
Problem is, he took a turn for the "Over the top" dramtics to make his reports more interesting. It started with Hurricane Andrew, and by the time he wrapped his hype machine around Hurricane Ivan, his antics had become the talk of legends. Now every damned news network has someone out there at the "point of maximum devistation" trying to be him.
It is actually causing problems for rescue workers and emergency officials. (See NWS updates about 30 minutes prior to landfall, when some yahoo grabbed on to one of their annemometers to show how fast the wind was going.. and ended up with his slicker wrapped around it. Ruined pressure and wind speed readings very near landfall)
Floridians actually *do* fear the "Cantore Curse", because he is amazingly accurate at predicting exactly where landfall will occur. That means, if there is a hurricane headed your way, and you see him in your town, odds are.. you are screwed.
